Freeman Formula didn’t start in a lab, it started in a gym in 1995, with a vision, a mission, and a whole lot of heart. Jeramy and Kim Freeman built the #1 personal transformation center in America from the ground up.

Day after day, they coached people who were tired of temporary fixes and ready for real change. People who wanted to feel better, think clearer, move stronger, and live with purpose. And they delivered by helping thousands lose 42 pounds in 42 days, reshape their bodies, and reclaim their lives through the groundbreaking Project 42 system.

The Evolution of Project 42

It all started with weight loss.

Project 42 was born inside our transformation facility the #1 results-driven health center in America, where we helped thousands of clients lose an average of 42 pounds in just 42 days. But something powerful happened along the way…

Our clients weren’t just shedding weight they were gaining momentum. They were starting businesses, writing books, leaving toxic jobs, and stepping into their full potential.

So we evolved.
